Getting here by public transport is not the easiest of journeys - we are right in the country without even a bus service.

You can get to Derby by coach and by rail, and a taxi from Derby should cost Ł10 to Ł12. (It might be a good idea to print the directions (from Nottingham) from here for the taxi driver!)

There is a very good rail service to Derby (particularly from London - St. Pancras is under 2 hours on the right train) and a taxi from Derby should cost Ł10 to Ł12.

There are stations in Belper, and in Duffield and, as they are closer, the taxi fare should be a bit less, but to get there you will have to change at Derby.
