The accommodation in Duck Pond View is mainly on the second floor, and the only access is via an internal spiral staircase, or an external stone stairway. Duck Pond View is not suitable for people who can not easily negotiate one of these staircases.
Please be aware of this before you book.
We have tried hard to make Duck Pond View a very peaceful spot, so it has
no landline telephone,
but if you need a phone - see here.
Duck Pond View is also a non-smoking flat,
and is not suitable for young children.
We regret that we cannot accept any pets.

The rent is all inclusive - it includes electricity, heating, bedding, hot water, towels, and we'll even deliver your daily paper if you would like one - all you need is your toothbrush (and we can provide one of those at a pinch). There are no extras!

Book 2 consecutive weeks and get 5% off!
You can have an extra towel (or full linen) change midweek, though,
and we DO charge for that - please ask us for details.
